Yes, according to councils code of conduct, all cats that stay in a boarding facility need to be up to date with their Vaccinations. I also need to site the certificate on arrival.

Yes we feed wet and dry food. We try to accommodate the same feeding schedule that you feed at home. In general we feed morning and night to your feed guides, that we discuss when you drop your kitty off.

Everything Is supplied when your cat stays with us (unless you feed high end food like royal canin, hills or so on) At the time of drop off or before we will discuss with you what food is supplied. Nothing else is required, but sometimes it's nice to bring a blanket or something that smells like home for them to settle a little quicker.

Great question!All cats are different, some cats couldn't care less and are happy as soon as they are bought in to us.Other cats however take a couple of days to settle in and get used to our routine. In general they will be be perfectly fine after the second morning that they stay with us. However we try and make each cat as comfortable as we can from checkin day.
